Terms of Service

These terms and conditions govern your use of Caravan Maroc's travel services. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.

Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and the required deposit or full payment.
All clients must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
2.

Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before departure.
If full payment is not received by the due date, the agency reserves the right to cancel the booking.
3.

Changes and Cancellations by the Client

Any request for changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
The following cancellation charges may apply:
More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total cost
15–30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
Changes may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the change and supplier policies.
4.

Changes and Cancellations by the Agency

The agency reserves the right to cancel or alter travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participation.
In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered or a refund provided.
5.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the client.
The agency is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
6.

Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) and health requirements are met.
The agency accepts no responsibility for denied entry or additional costs due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
7.

Liability

The agency acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not responsible for acts, omissions, or errors of these suppliers.
The agency is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay due to events beyond its control.
8.

Complaints

Complaints must be reported as soon as possible during travel.
If not resolved, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 14 days of returning.
9.

Privacy Policy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and only shared with service providers necessary to complete the booking.
10.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.

By making a booking with Caravan Maroc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service in their entirety.
